Problems oil distributors are facing
This oil tanker got stuck in the snow whilst delivering to a customer in Sulgrave, Nr Banbury, Oxfordshire  – the industry is doing everything it possibly can to get fuel out to customers but sometimes the weather just defeats them and even two tractors can’t help.
