FPS (Federation of Petroleum Suppliers) received an email from Mr Chris Pomfret
on 13 December and we replied to him immediately asking him if he could furnish us
with full details surrounding the information contained in his email, especially
information regarding the consumer(s) who have paid such prices for their heating oil
as we would be keen to discuss the matter with the supplier(s) to understand their
position, assuming that they are within our membership. Mr Pomfret replied to us
declining to give us that information.
